ZData will restrict the transfer of personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA as to what is necessary to provide a user friendly and satisfactory website as well as to receive and respond to inquiries sent to us through the appropriate channels, i.e. the online forms on our website and emails addressed to the contact information provided below. In all such cases, ZData will ensure that appropriate security guarantees are given and that the recipient is subject to the same or equivalent duties as those applicable within the EU/EEA.
